They saw young people struggling to transition from foster homes to independent living, often without the necessary skills or support. This realization sparked the creation of Crossover Care Services Ltd.Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide high-quality semi-independent accommodation that offers safety, structure, and support to vulnerable youth. We understood that the leap from foster care to complete independence was often too great, and many young people needed a stepping stone.Over the years, we’ve evolved our services to meet the changing needs of young people:
